is wrongly charged due to errors in the booking system or in the operation, please contact the company immediately.
Fairness towards the company and the other participants requires that this booking system is not misused,
e.g. appointments are not blocked unnecessarily and outstanding payments are settled quickly.
In case of violation, access can be blocked.
As parents, you decide whether you give your children the access data so that they can book dates and tickets
themselves, or whether you do this for your children. If you let your children book, there are various ways to limit
the risk of mispurchasing (e.g. additional parent-mail for information, parent-password for purchases, monthly budget,
limited payment methods, etc.) - please ask the company for more information.
Please note that you are liable for your children's bookings. If you do not agree with your children's ticket purchases,
please contact the company as soon as possible, at the latest within 10 days. Attendance, that has already been completed
or cannot be cancelled, can’t be refunded.
In this booking system, only such personal data of you will be stored that is necessary for the operation of the system
and the fulfilment of the purpose (e.g. appointment management). You can view the essential data after registration under
"My account" or receive it on request. Further details are regulated by the data protection declaration, which you can
view at any time in the system by clicking on the "Data protection" link in the footer of each page.
You can request the responsible company to delete your data at any time. However, it will then no longer be possible
to participate in the services offered by the company via the booking system.

Das vorhandene Guthaben ist weder auf andere Reiter übertragbar noch kann es
ausgezahlt bzw. erstattet werden. Sollte ein Reiter überhaupt nicht mehr erscheinen und sich nicht
melden, wird sein Guthaben auf dem Konto nach 6 Monaten gelöscht und einbehalten.
Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass der Umgang mit Pferden ein erhöhtes Risiko
zur Folge hat, das bei der Ausübung des Reitsports in Kauf genommen werden muss. Der Haftungsausschluss
erfasst alle Ansprüche, gleich aus welchem Rechtsgrund, insbesondere Schadenersatzansprüche aus
Verschuldens- und Gefährdungshaftung (wegen arteigenen, tierischen, willkürlichen Verhaltens). Der
Haftungsausschluss umfasst auch solche Ansprüche, die sonst gegebenenfalls auf eine Krankenkasse
oder einen Sozialversicherungsträger übergehen können.
Mit ihrer Unterschrift bestätigen Sie, dass für Sie/Ihr angemeldetes Kind ein
Versicherungsschutz im Rahmen einer privaten Haftpflichtversicherung besteht.
